Who We Are

Tote Movers (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Tote Movers LLC, an Idaho limited liability company. Tote Movers LLC is the legal entity behind this website and our services. You can reach us at hello@totemovers.com or (208) 274-3717.

What We Do

We rent reusable industrial-strength plastic moving totes (and related supplies) to residential and commercial customers within our local service area. Every package includes delivery, pickup, and a free moving dolly. We are not a moving company — we don't move your belongings for you. We provide the totes and supplies; you (or the movers you hire) do the packing and transport.

Service Area

We are an in-town service. We deliver and pick up only within: Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, Hayden, Rathdrum, and Dalton Gardens, Idaho. We do not service moves outside these cities. If your move crosses outside the service area, please contact us before booking.

Bookings & Cancellation

Submitting a request through our booking form is a request, not a confirmed order. Your booking is confirmed only after we contact you to verify availability, delivery details, and final pricing. The total shown at the time of booking is an estimate and may change based on the final confirmed details.

No deposit is required to request a booking. Payment is finalized at the time we pick up your totes.

You may cancel or reschedule a booking at any time by contacting us. We'll do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.

Rental Period & Extensions

Each rental includes up to two (2) weeks of rental time, plus a two (2) day grace period at no charge. You may extend your rental at the following rates:

• Residential packages: $1.00 per tote per week
• Commercial / Extended Time Package: $0.50 per tote per week

Extension fees are billed at the time of pickup. To extend, please contact us before your scheduled pickup date.

If totes are not made available for pickup on the agreed pickup date (or any agreed extension), we may charge late-return fees at the applicable extension rate plus reasonable costs of retrieval.

Use of the Totes

The totes are intended for residential and commercial moving and short-term use. By renting from us, you agree to:

• Use the totes for household and standard commercial items only
• Not pack hazardous, flammable, illegal, perishable, or biohazardous materials
• Not exceed the weight rating of the totes (up to 65 lbs each)
• Return the totes in substantially the same condition they were delivered in, allowing for normal wear from use
• Not sell, sublease, transfer, or otherwise dispose of the totes

Normal wear during a typical move is expected and included. You will be responsible for the replacement cost of any tote that is lost, stolen, abused, or damaged beyond normal use.

Your Belongings & Liability

We provide the totes and supplies. We do not pack, load, transport, or unload your belongings. You are responsible for the safe packing and handling of items placed inside our totes. Tote Movers LLC is not responsible or liable for loss of, damage to, or condition of items packed in or carried within our totes by you or any third party.

We recommend reviewing your homeowner's or renter's insurance for moving-day coverage, or speaking with your moving company about valuation coverage if you've hired one.

Delivery & Pickup

We deliver the totes to a curbside, garage, or other accessible ground-level location at the address you provide. For pickup, the totes should be empty, lids closed, and stacked in an accessible location at the same or comparable address. We are not responsible for damage to landscaping, driveways, or other property caused during normal delivery and pickup activity.

Pricing & Payment

Current package pricing is shown on our pricing page and on our booking form. Prices are subject to change for future bookings, but the price quoted at confirmation will be honored for that booking. Sales tax (where applicable) may be added at confirmation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Idaho law, in no event will Tote Movers LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of or related to your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a rental shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific rental.

Governing Law

These Terms and any related disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. The venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in Kootenai County, Idaho.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted at totemovers.com/terms with the “Effective” date updated. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
